Patience

Wine-n-Chat is participating in the A to Z Challenge for the month of April.  Today is letter P.  Also, participating in the BFF topic, Patience.

In less than 15 hours, I will be boarding a plane bound for Florida.  I feel like I have so much to do before I leave and not enough time to get it all done.  It is not like I actually get a break from work, homeschooling or house chores the days up to and including the day of departure.  I have pretty much all the clothes packed, I just need to stick to my check list to pack those last minute items that you don’t throw in the bag until right before you walk out the door, like tooth brushes, toothpaste, and hair brushes.

Then there is the carry-on that will hold my camera, laptop, tripod, cords, etc.  No I can’t go to Florida without those essential items.  After all, I’m in this A to Z challenge and I need to be able to blog while I’m down there. Oh, and I have to take pictures. I’ve been waiting forever to take beautiful Florida pictures!!

So to my readers and my faithful commenters, I just want to ask you to have a little patience with me for the next two days.  I know I’m a bit behind in responding to comments on this blog and coming by and reading your posts. I fully plan to get caught up once I land feet in Florida and I get my bearings straight!!  If you think I’ve forgotten you, I promise, I have not!!  I will probably have to catch up the posts and responses in between doing other things, like waiting to board the airplane and helping out Grandma.  You get the idea—I’m here.  I am not far away.  I love you all!!
